Dress Code Policy at Sozou/Ishin/Celestia

Dress code is strictly enforced. To maintain the elegance and integrity of our environment, we kindly ask all guests to adhere to the following attire guidelines.

For gentlemen, we recommend you wear a blazer or sports coat. Dress shirts, polo’s, basic tees are permissible along with jeans (no rips). For ladies, we suggest dresses, skirts, casual dress pants, and jeans (no rips) with a nice blouse.

All guests should refrain from wearing ball caps, athleisure, or any clothing that denotes offensive language. Any guest that is denied entry can be accommodated for a later evening reservation or in the future for adhering to the company policy.

Cologne/Perfume Policy at Ishin Omakase

To uphold the delicate balance of flavors and aromas central to our omakase, we kindly ask guests to refrain from wearing strong fragrances, including perfume, cologne, and heavily scented lotions. We appreciate your understanding and contribution to a sensory-rich, inclusive dining experience.

Allergen Policy

Our menu is thoughtfully crafted as a set experience, and while we strive to make all guests feel welcome, we regret that we’re unable to accommodate certain dietary restrictions, including gluten-free, seafood-free, vegetarian, or vegan diets.

We truly appreciate your understanding, and we’re always happy to discuss any questions or concerns in advance to help you plan your visit.

Late Arrival Policy

To preserve the integrity and timing of the omakase experience, we kindly ask that all guests arrive promptly at their reserved time. Due to the sequential nature of the menu, late arrivals may result in missed courses or a shortened experience.

Out of respect for all guests and the chef’s preparation, we are unable to restart or delay the progression of the menu. We appreciate your understanding and recommend arriving a few minutes early to ensure a seamless start.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the limited seating and the bespoke nature of our omakase experience, all reservations are subject to a strict cancellation policy. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the reservation, as well as no-shows, will incur the full menu charge per guest.

As each seat is thoughtfully prepared for in advance—and due to the cost and sourcing of premium ingredients—we are unable to accommodate last-minute changes. We sincerely appreciate your understanding, and we encourage you to contact us as early as possible should your plans change.

Corkage Policy

We offer a thoughtfully curated beverage program designed to complement the nuances of our omakase experience. Should you wish to bring a special bottle from your personal collection, we are happy to accommodate it with a corkage fee of $75 per 750ml bottle, with a limit of one (2) bottle per reservation.

We kindly ask that the bottle not be represented on our current wine or sake list, and that you notify us in advance so our team may prepare accordingly.

Children Policy

We kindly require that all guests be 10 years of age or older. Please note that we are unable to offer custom or modified portion sizes, as each menu is thoughtfully composed and served as a complete tasting experience.

We appreciate your understanding and invite you to reach out to our team with any questions or special considerations.
